MBBS Pravas is an educational consultancy in India that provides guidance to students and parents seeking admissions in universities abroad. Our Refund Policy is designed to outline the terms and conditions that govern refunds related to admissions in abroad for students.
For the purposes of Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to MBBS Pravas, India.

- Admissions mean a request by You to take Admission from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to MBBS Pravas, accessible from www.mbbspravas.com
You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Cancellation of Registration
Students/parents can cancel their registration for the abroad program until 1st September with a written letter. If the student has moved beyond registration and paid fees to the university, only the registration fee will be refundable. Each university has its own refund policy, and fee paid to the university is subject to the university’s refund policy. We advise students and parents to firm their decisions before proceeding to transfer fees and other expenses to the university.
Refund Policy
Only the registration fee is refundable, and other fees like visa processing and document translation fees are non-refundable. Refunds for the registration fee will be made no later than 31st December of the year of registration.
Reimbursement of Fees
If an applicant transfers fees to the university, then they shall only be liable to collect the amount from the university directly, and MBBS Pravas will have no role in that. We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above return conditions.
